Puggle in ComfortThe Lookout is excellent for small dogs. I have a 30lb Puggle and he fits comfortably as we cruise down the road. It sits high enough for the dog to see out the car windows (BMW and GMC SUV). It's easy to secure on the seat using the seat-belt, unlike some other pet seats with cheap straps and latches.pet car seat Lookout I largeFits my middy dachshund very well! He's 2 and about 24 lbs.I purchased the oversized Snoozer car seat and it really has word out great for Toby. Before driving in the car he couldn't look out which he likes to do and he can now with the car seat. He is a medium size dog so this sizes works out well. I looked at other car seats on line, I found not a lot of brands gave what size dog / weight each size would be appropriate and they had pictures of smaller dogs in their ads. I was also wonder if I got a one of these seats will Toby be able to look out as some of the ad just showed the dog in the seat and I was looking and guessing how high the seat was relative to the window of the car. Snoozer oversized worked out for us. Toby can look out or curl up with room. The material is nice and soft and the quilting give it a nice looking detail...not something that's plastic cheap looking. It' easy to install in the car so if need to take out it's very simple. With the cushioning and halter attached I feel he's safe in the car. Toby is happy! Yeah! The girls are safe and have a good viewWe purchased this oversized lookout for our 2 Chihuahuas to share. It fits nicely in our Suburban on the bench or on a bucket seat. I did do some careful measuring first though before we purchased it. It might not fight in smaller cars. It is a great height for the girls to look out the window. I just hook them up with a leash splitter and their harnesses and they are good to go. No more wandering around the car or climbing on everyone. This is so much safer all around. It is a good quality, nice and soft. We are very happy with it.SAFE HOME PRODUCTS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT HONOR WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!Unbelievable! This was my first experience in trying to make a purchase through Safe Home Products. I placed an order for the SNOOZER Lookout 1 (NO Drawer) product (ASIN: B000ANL8PI) which was advertised at the sale price of $37.60 on 11/25/08. Shipping was $19.50, so the total cost would have been $57.10.Today I received an email from them, claiming that they CANCELLED my order because the $37.60 price was actually for a COVER for the unit. If that's the case, then why did the retail price show as $79.95 with a 53% discount (thus the $37.60 price)??? I even phoned them and, upon speaking to their customer service rep (who claimed to have spoken to the owner of the company), was told that they have been "fighting with Amazon.com over this". If I were them, the last thing I'd do would be to bad-mouth Amazon. Such unprofessionalism. Talk about bait-and-switch tactics. I will NEVER deal with this company again and encouage others not to. |
